Do you ship to my country? How much is shipping?
We offer worldwide free shipping! So yes, we do ship to your country and it's free 😃. But in case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you right away and make the necessary changes to your order. How can you track your order?
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. You can track your order an email will be sent with your track number after the product has been sent.
Please allow up to 3 days for shipping information to show up as tracking information, it is only updated once a day.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days. Deliveries take usually between 1 to 3 weeks. However, due to slow postal services, shipping delays, public holidays and distance between countries, it can sometimes take up to 2 months, so it depends where you live! 🙂

Will I receive my order in one package?
We work with different manufacturers around the globe, depending on the products you ordered and your location, they will be sent from different places. So, please expect items to be shipped separately.
My order has not arrived after 2 months? Why?
We work with different manufacturers from different places, so some items will arrive earlier than others. If you do not receive your order after 8 weeks upon ordering, we can reship your order or we will give you a full refund.
What about possible custom fees?
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any custom fees, so you may need to pay them once your order has arrived at your country (this very rarely happens).
Quantities & Shipping/Delivery
Our free shipping on the website is only available for consumer quantities. If you need commercial quantities (more than 3 items of the same kind) please contact us: Support@luvingcharms.com
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placement by contacting us and letting us know your intention to cancel. In this case, we will refund your money immediately and cancel the shipment.
After 24 hours of ordering your shipment is most likely on the way to you, therefore order cancellation is not possible. If your package has left the warehouse within 24 hours order cancellation is not possible as well. However, you can still apply for a refund as described in our refund policy at https://www.luvingcharms.com/pages/returns-policy. In this case:
You must wait for your order to be shipped to your address
You must return the item(s) in the original condition to the address provided by us.
Your return must be a registered package to allow tracking
Upon the arrival of the item, we will refund your money, if the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note, sale items are nonrefundable therefore orders of items on sale cannot be canceled after 24 hours of order.
